Production steps:

Step 7: seal the container with plastic film and cover it with a lid to keep the temperature between 25-30 ℃. It can be brewed in 36-48 hours.

Step 8: the successful brewed rice wine has a faint fragrance. In summer, it may grow into a thin layer of white fluff on the top of the rice wine. This kind of sweet wine is the best.

Step 9: make a good rice wine may be a little thick, you can add cold to dilute. Rice wine can be mixed with eggs, glutinous rice dough, dumplings, preserved fruit and other snacks. Delicate fragrance, delicious and inexpensive.
