Production steps:
Step 1: wash the stem and cut it into 5cm
Step 2: peel garlic, wash and cut
Step 3: blanch the wormwood stalk in the pot (the dish type is not damaged when blanching directly)
Step 4: stir fry garlic in oil pan, add salt
