Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash the bought cattle offal, and it's better to soak it, change the water several times in the middle, and then boil the water once more.

Step 2: add ginger slices, pepper and star anise into the electric pressure cooker

Step 3: add water. If you like soup, put more. If you don't like it, put less.

Step 4: peel the radish and cut it into small pieces.

Step 5: add radish, cut a finger pepper, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Then add some chicken essence and salt to taste (pepper or not is OK, but I prefer spicy)

Note: radish is easier to boil than beef offal, it's better not to put it at the same time.
