Step 2: put the mashed potatoes on the board and sprinkle some flour on the board; knead with both hands until the dough is smooth; divide the large dough into fist sized dough and roll it into strips about 3cm thick.
Step 3: cut into 2 cm pieces.

Note: Tips: 1. When cooking potatoes, do not pour potatoes into boiling water, use cold water to prevent potato skin cracking, so as not to make potatoes too wet. 2.
