Sour beans with minced meat

Production steps:
Step 1: raw materials: sour beans, tenderloin, ginger and garlic, millet pepper (or red dry pepper) seasoning: sesame oil, black pepper, oil consumption, soy sauce, vegetable oil, chicken powder, salt, cooking wine (omitted)
Step 2: chop the tenderloin
Step 3: add raw soy sauce, cooking wine, black pepper and salt to the minced meat
Step 4: stir evenly and marinate for about 10 minutes
Step 5: cut cowpea into circles
Step 6: cut millet and pepper into rings, ginger and garlic
Step 7: heat the pan, add proper amount of oil, stir fry the marinated minced meat until the meat changes color, separate and set aside
Step 8: saute minced ginger, garlic and pepper with remaining oil
Step 9: pour in the cut cowpea and stir fry for 2-3 minutes
Step 10: stir fry the minced meat evenly
Step 11: add a small amount of crude oil and oil consumption
Step 12: pour sesame oil out of the pot
