Production steps:
Step 1: warm water and noodles, and good noodles ready to use
Step 2: Chop onion and ginger into minced meat, add chicken essence, five spice powder, salt, cooking wine and soy sauce one by one, mix well
Step 3: take out the blended surface and soften it
Step 4: roll the dough with a rolling pin, and the thickness should be moderate
Step 5: spread the meat stuffing evenly on the dough
Step 6: roll up the dough and cut it in the middle
Step 7: heat the oil in a pan and fry it over low heat for about 4 or 5 minutes
Step 8: cut the pancake into a rectangle
Materials required:
Flour: 400g
Minced meat: 250g
Scallion: 1
Ginger: 5 pieces
Five spice powder: 1 teaspoon
Chicken essence: a spoonful
Cooking wine: moderate
Old style: moderate
Salt: right amount
Note: awesome fry, or the outside is not cooked. My frying pan is partly cooked because of the high middle height. You must be very successful if you cook the pot.
