The creative breakfast of tea

Introduction:

"On Friday, January 25, 2013, Wang Laoji's breakfast: Yuqu (steamed egg + Walnut Cake + Red pomelo) PS: it's sunny, it seems that spring is coming ~"

Production steps:

Step 1: break up the eggs, add warm water according to the ratio of egg liquid 1:1, stir evenly, filter and defoaming. Add the right amount of shrimps, stir gently, if there are bubbles, press with a spoon.

Step 2: cover with plastic wrap, cool the water over a low heat and put it on the cage. After the water boils for 10-12 minutes, the fire of each house is different. Observe for yourself. If the steam is old, it will be reduced by one or two minutes next time. It's time to turn off the heat and steam for 3 minutes.

Step 3: Cut 8 Oval slices of carrot slices. Cut cucumber slices into water grass shape. Gently put it on the steamed eggs. Black sesame embellishes the eyes.

Step 4: boil a little water in the pot, add a little soy sauce, starch and salt to make the soup. (you can also add a little chicken essence, but I don't usually put MSG or chicken essence)

Step 5: gently pour the soup along the edge of the bowl into the laid eggs.
