Production steps:
Step 1: get all the materials ready
Step 2: use a knife to cut two or three centimeters off one end of the lotus root together with the lotus root stalk, and leave it as a cover.

Step 4: cover the lotus root pedicel and seal it with toothpick.
Step 5: put the lotus root in the pot, pour in clean water, the amount of water should be over the lotus root, and then put the jujube and medlar in. Pour in brown sugar, rock sugar and dried osmanthus.
Step 6: (the pressure cooker I use) bring it to a boil in an ordinary pan over high heat. Turn the heat to boil for about 2 hours.
Step 7: after cooking, let it cool naturally, slice it into slices, add osmanthus sauce and water starch to make it into juice, and then pour it on.
