Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials
Step 2: sugar and butter, heat over low heat until butter melts
Step 3: remove from heat, add milk while hot, stir until sugar melts
Step 4: mix low gluten powder and cocoa powder, sift into sugar oil, mix well
Step 5: add the almond horn
Step 6: mix well
Step 7: spread out a disc about 5cm in diameter on the baking pan
Step 8: put it in the oven, middle layer, heat up and down 160 degrees, bake for about 10 minutes
Step 9: release
Step 10: Cool
Materials required:
Yellow granulated sugar: 30g
Butter: 30g
Milk: 1 teaspoon
Low gluten powder: 5g
Cocoa powder: 5g
Almond horn: 25g
Note: no yellow granulated sugar, white granulated sugar is OK. I didn't have enough yellow granulated sugar, so I used a little white granulated sugar instead. When you spread it out in the baking tray, keep a larger distance, otherwise it will be connected like me.
