Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash the rape flowers and set aside. Shell the shrimps and marinate them with salt, pepper, wine and peanut oil.

Step 2: boil water in a skillet, open the water to dry noodles, and cook for four minutes.

Step 3: drain the noodles and put them in a bowl. Add some sesame oil and mix it a little so that it won't stick together.

Step 4: boil water in a pot, add some oil and salt, put the rape flowers in, pour the shrimps in about a minute, and then turn down the firepower (I use the induction cooker). When the shrimp turns red, turn off the fire, and then pour the rape flower shrimp soup into the bowl with noodles in advance.

Materials required:

Sliced egg noodles: two (dry noodles)

Prawns: Four

Rape flower: appropriate amount

Pepper: right amount

Note: I use Shoutao brand egg noodles, this noodles is good, taste very smooth, do soup noodles is very suitable, not easy to paste. Shrimp is peeled by sea shrimp. If there is no sea shrimp, it can be replaced by Jiwei shrimp. Shrimp should be marinated with pepper and wine in advance to remove the fishy smell. Shrimp is very particular about the heat, too much to eat up no fresh taste, shrimp color will immediately turn off the fire.
