Double pepper wax gourd

Introduction:

"The little wax gourd has been put in my storage room for nearly a month, but it hasn't gone bad. It's just a little soft. I use double peppers to match it and fry it."

Production steps:

Step 1: peel and cut into thin slices.

Step 2: cut red and green pepper into sections.

Step 3: put proper amount of oil into the boiler and stir fry with red and green peppers.

Step 4: stir fry the slices of wax gourd.

Step 5: stir fry soft, add salt and seasoning out of the pot.

Materials required:

Wax gourd: moderate

Red pepper: right amount

Green pepper: moderate

Salt: right amount

Note: wax gourd does not eat oil, so put less.
