Stewed taro with pumpkin and jujube
Introduction:
"I was going to cook taro, but when I saw a little pumpkin left in the fridge, I suddenly wanted to let them cook some sugar water together. It's delicious with jujube."
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: jujube cut, pumpkin block, taro cut hob block.
Step 3: add water to the pan, add taro and cook first.
Step 4: when boiling, add dates.
Step 5: add rock sugar.
Step 6: bring to a boil and remove the froth.
Step 7: when the taro begins to soften, add the pumpkin and simmer.
Step 8: cook until the pumpkin and taro are soft and glutinous, turn off the heat and simmer for a few minutes.
