Step 1: 2 wash the lettuce and set aside.
Step 2: 3 beef sticks pickled.
Step 3: 4 prepare three bowls and pour in starch, egg white and bread bran in turn.
Step 4: 5 marinated beef sticks, roll them in three bowls in turn.
Step 5: fry in 40% hot oil. (Note: 40% of the hot oil temperature is because the beef is not easy to cook)
Step 6: 7 deep fry until golden yellow, take out oil control.
Step 7: 8 ingredients: salad dressing, condensed milk, sugar. The ratio of salad dressing and condensed milk is 2:1. Mix well with a little sugar. (the original condensed milk is gone, I replaced it with blueberry.)
Step 8: 9 shred the lettuce, pour in the salad sauce, put the fried beef in the shredded lettuce, and roll it with chopsticks.
Step 9: 10 crisp, sour and sweet salad beef fillet is OK
Step 10: 1 cut the beef into thin strips, sprinkle with pepper and salt and marinate.

Note: 1. Don't cut the beef until it is completely melted. It's easy to cut the beef into shape when it is half melted. 2 condensed milk with the original can, my home without the original, with blueberry condensed milk instead of the next.
