Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: peel and cut the pumpkin into thin slices.
Step 3: cut the nails off the chicken feet.
Step 4: use blister to bleed water, and change water several times during the process.
Step 5: put the pumpkin on the plate, and then put the chicken feet.
Step 6: add proper amount of homemade chopped pepper and Douchi.
Step 7: evenly pour in a spoonful of steamed fish soy sauce.
Step 8: heat the water in the pan, add it to the plate, bake it over high heat for five minutes, then turn to medium heat.
Step 9: about 20 minutes, steamed chicken feet can be easily pierced out of the pot with chopsticks.

Note: my homemade chopped pepper is slightly spicy but not salty, so I put steamed fish and soy sauce. Please adjust the seasoning according to the actual situation.
