Braised pork with potatoes

Braised pork with potatoes

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash pork and set aside.

Step 2: heat up the iron pan and sear the skin of the meat

Step 3: scrape and clean the pork skin and cut it into pieces by hand.

Step 4: heat the oil in a pan, and then put rock sugar.

Step 5: to see if the sugar is burnt yellow, it can be served. Generally, it is light yellow, which is a little too much for me.

Step 6: boil water in a pan, put the pork in and cook for five minutes.

Step 7: prepare the seasoning.

Step 8: put a little oil in the pot, put the seasoning in and fry until fragrant.

Step 9: add the pork and stir well

Step 10: pour in the rock sugar juice and stir fry until the meat is colored.

Step 11: add more water. It's better not to add water in the middle. For forty minutes.

Step 12: cut the potatoes.

Step 13: put the potatoes in the meat pot after 40 minutes.

Step 14: when the potatoes are cooked, season them.
