Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the leavening agent, salt and sugar

Note: 1. When rolling noodles, you can put flour according to your feeling. Too much flour will spread and too little fried dough sticks will not open. 2. After putting noodles into the oil pan, you should quickly roll them with chopsticks to fry them evenly
