Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare raw materials
Step 2: wash hawthorn, cut and remove core
Step 3: fill in the middle with bean paste
Step 4: re glue
Step 5: wear it with a bamboo stick
Step 6: put some water and rock sugar into the pot
Step 7: Boil the syrup until it is thick and slightly discolored. Dip it with chopsticks and put it in cold water to solidify
Step 8: quickly wrap in the syrup and put it on the oiled plate

Rock sugar: right amount
Note: I wanted to make a crunchy ice sugar gourd, but I didn't have enough experience to make it. I didn't make a good syrup for the first time. The final product is not crunchy, but a little shredded. Ice sugar gourd is very similar to the small and medium packaged snacks bought in the supermarket. Although I didn't make an authentic ice sugar gourd, it's really delicious. Tips: 1. This is my way to look at it elsewhere However, due to lack of experience, the syrup was not boiled in place. Besides, it became a gourd. Haha, but the sugar gourd with bean paste stuffing was delicious
