Instant noodle egg and onion cake
Introduction:
"Hee hee, it's for lazy people. If you like nothing but don't like to make friends, you can try it. It's delicious."
Production steps:
Step 1: cook (or soak) a packet of instant noodles, then take out the noodles when they are ripe.
Step 2: put half of the instant noodles in a non stick pan, make it into a cake, sprinkle with shredded green onion, sprinkle with egg liquid, salt and pepper for seasoning. When the egg liquid at the bottom of the cake solidifies and turns yellow, turn it over and fry it on the other side, and then cut corners.
Step 3: cut the other half of the noodles into small pieces, add egg, scallion, salt and pepper to taste, put a spoonful of them into a non stick pan and fry them on both sides.

Instant noodles: 1 Pack
