Production steps:
Step 1: first, prepare the flour, yeast powder, sugar and warm water.
Step 2: pour the yeast water adjusted with warm water into the flour to neutralize the flour.

Step 4: due to the cold weather, I put the basin into 30 ℃ warm water and let it dry for about 2 hours. Two hours later, the wet cloth came off.
Step 5: then sprinkle some dry flour and flour. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and wake up for about 5 minutes.
Step 6: then knead the noodles. This situation is not very good. It's best to knead the bubbles.
Step 7: cut the kneaded flour into small pieces, knead it into a ball, and put it in the steamer. Steamer drawer had better brush a layer of oil with oil to avoid sticking to the pot. Don't put the dough too close to each other. Keep some distance.
Step 8: put cold water into the pot, boil the water over high heat, then turn to medium heat and steam for 35 minutes. After steaming, don't lift the lid of the pot. Wait for 5 minutes and then lift the lid. This way, the steamed bread surface looks better, but it's not good to lift it immediately.
Materials required:
Common flour: 500g
Yeast powder: 5g
Warm water: 250ml
Sugar: right amount
Note: 1. Add a little sugar to effectively remove yeast powder. 2. After steaming, don't lift the lid of the pot. Wait for 5 minutes and then lift the lid. This way, the steamed bread surface looks better, but it's not good to lift it immediately.
