Production steps:

Step 1: peel the prawns, chop them with a knife, sprinkle a little salt and cooking wine and marinate them for 10 minutes.

Step 2: cut carrots and cucumbers into thin strips, then dice them.

Step 3: cut into small pieces, which is good for quick frying.

Step 4: put the diced cucumber into the pot at the end.

Step 5: cut mushrooms into small cubes.

Step 6: heat the oil in the pot for 30% heat, add shredded green onion and stir fry until fragrant. Immediately add the shrimp shreds, and then add diced carrot and mushrooms in turn. Add salt and soy sauce and stir fry until done. Pour into the bowl and set aside.
