Egg purple potato cake
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: cut the purple potatoes into pieces and steam them in the steamer (about 15-20 minutes). Twist the purple potato into mud with a spoon.
Step 2: beat in an egg.
Step 3: add onion, salt and pepper.
Step 4: add half of the flour, 20 grams.
Step 5: add the right amount of milk and stir.
Step 6: add the other half of 20 grams of flour and milk, stir well.
Step 7: the final state is thin and dense.
Step 8: oil the electric cake pan (or pan), and put 2 egg rings in the pan.
Step 9: pour the purple potato egg batter into the omelet. The amount I made is just enough to fill 2 omelets.
