Yam Cake

Yam Cake

Introduction:

"Another way to eat yam ~"

Production steps:

Step 1: wash, peel and steam the yam

Step 2: mash the Steamed Yam while it is hot

Step 3: pour in about 200g of warm water (yam mud contains less water, so more water is added) and three tablespoons of condensed milk, and mix well

Step 4: add 30g white granulated sugar (the amount can be adjusted according to personal taste)

Step 5: 5g yeast

Step 6: 300g self-made cake powder (can be replaced by ordinary flour + baking powder)

Step 7: stir evenly, the final batter is relatively thick, it is not easy to drip when scooping up, but it drops in a lump

Step 8: cover the mixed yam batter, put it in a warm place and ferment to twice the size

Step 9: put jujube in the fermented yam batter, steam it in the steamer for 30min, turn off the heat and simmer for 3-5min

Step 10: it's ready to eat~~
