Tongle township (now Tongle town) is under the jurisdiction of Qing'an County, Heilongjiang Province.

Located in the north end of Qing'an County, at the junction of Suiling and Suihua, qingsui (Qingan Suiling) highway passes through. The township is rich in resources, backed by Daqingshan, xinqingshan and Jingou three forest farms. Within its jurisdiction, there are niergen River and ougen River, with effective cultivated land of 100200 mu. It can produce 100 million kg of high-quality rice annually, all of which are pollution-free food rice. In addition, it has a national green food rice demonstration base set up by the state. In order to make full use of this resource advantage, the township covers an area of 42000 square meters and plans to build rice There is a processing park with sufficient power, convenient transportation and preferential policies. Now four processing enterprises have settled in the park.

In November 2014, the township was removed to build a town.
