Pig bone and yam soup
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the pig's spine and cut it into small pieces with a knife.
Step 2: blanch the pig's spine, remove the blood foam and take it out for standby.
Step 3: add enough water to the casserole, add pig spine, ginger, cinnamon and fragrant leaves, boil them in high heat, and then stew them in low heat.
Step 4: cut the corn into small pieces.
Step 5: boil in casserole for 30 minutes, pour in the corn nuggets and continue to stew over low heat.
Step 6: peel yam and cut hob block.
Step 7: pour the yam into the casserole.
Step 8: Sprinkle Lycium barbarum.
