Production steps:
Step 1: raw material drawing
Step 2: wash the fish belly, wash the scallops and tear them into shreds
Step 3: clean the rice, add proper amount of water to boil, and then add scallops
Step 4: when the rice is cooked, add ginger slices and fish pieces and continue to cook for five minutes
Step 5: take out the fish bone and remove the fish
Step 6: pour the fish back into the porridge, cook until the porridge is soft and sticky, and add appropriate amount of salt, sugar and soy sauce to taste

Note: 1. If the scallop is soaked, it can be added at the last step. Mine is not soaked, so it is added in advance. 2. Because it is for the baby to eat, so the fish bone must be removed. 3. If the baby is small, it can extend the time of porridge
