Garden pumpkin

Garden pumpkin

Introduction:

"When autumn comes, pumpkins are pretty. After a summer of sunshine and growth, autumn is the most nutritious time for pumpkin. I like pumpkin not only because of its well-known therapeutic effects, but also because of its bright yellow color. The pumpkin is not only lovely in appearance, but also very healthy. Because of the sweet taste of pumpkin itself, there is no additional sugar in the dough made of pumpkin mud, which ensures the original flavor of the food. The stuffing is oil-free mung bean paste fried by ourselves, and the pumpkin is warm, while the mung bean is cold, which can complement each other when eaten together. "

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients for the dough.

Step 2: divide mung bean paste into about 27 grams and knead it into a ball.

Cut into small pieces of flour and mashed pumpkin over room temperature and press into dough for 3 minutes.

Step 4: after the fermentation is finished, take out the dough, flatten it, exhaust it and knead it well again. Divide it into 30 grams of small dough, cover it with plastic film and relax for 10 minutes.

Step 5: take a small dough and gently roll it into a round piece.

Step 6: put in a green bean sand ball.

Step 7: wrap the mung bean sand ball completely with the dough, pinch it tightly, and then knead it gently.

Step 8: flatten the rounded green body, and then press out the pumpkin pattern with the back of a small fruit knife (toothpick is OK).

Step 9: take a small piece of dough, add a little Matcha powder and knead it into a uniform green. (Note: because of the light, I can't see the green color when taking photos.)

Step 10: use a little green flour to make a melon pedicel.

Step 11: put the pedicel on the top of the pumpkin, and then press it gently with your fingers.

Step 12: put the fresh corn leaves in the steamer, put in the green pumpkin, and wake up for one hour. Steam over medium heat, turn off the heat 12 minutes after steaming, and remove the cover after steaming for 3 minutes.
