Stir fried shredded pork with soybeans
Introduction:
"We don't often see Maodou here. It's the first time to cook with Maodou. Many of my parents in Meitian have done Maodou fried shredded pork. I wanted to make a Maodou Huaishan fried sausage. Unexpectedly, the sausage at home is out of stock, so I can only go back to the second place, but the taste is still very good."
Production steps:
Step 1: the raw materials are ready. The shredded meat was cut last night. I often do what should be cut and washed in advance to save cooking time the next day;
Step 2: peel Huaishan and cut into hob pieces, soak in water, add a little white vinegar to prevent blackening, and smash garlic;
Step 3: marinate the shredded meat with cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar and starch for 15 minutes, add proper amount of oil into the frying pan and heat it for 5 minutes. Add the shredded meat and spread the oil. When the color changes, leave the pan immediately;
Step 4: take out the shredded meat for standby;
Step 5: continue to pour a little oil into the original pot, stir fry garlic until fragrant, stir fry Huaishan and Maodou until cooked;
Step 6: pour the previously fried shredded meat into the same stir fry, pour a small amount of water starch along the edge of the pot, thicken the pan, and then add an appropriate amount of salt;
Step 7: finished product.
