Production steps:
Step 1: 1. Prepare the raw materials.
Step 2: 2. Cut pork into large pieces and blanch.

Step 4: 4, pour in the excess oil, add a lot of rice wine, no meat.
Step 5: 5. Add two tablespoons of soy sauce, one tablespoon of soy sauce and one teaspoon of five spice powder.
Step 6: 6. Add appropriate amount of rock sugar and onion ginger.
Step 7: 7. Bring to a boil over a high heat, and lower the heat for more than an hour until the meat is soft and rotten.
