Zaoyuan town is located in the southwest of Zhenping county, 25 kilometers away from Zhenping county. It is adjacent to Jiasong town in the East, Zhaoji township of Dengzhou city in the south, Guanzhang town of Neixiang County in the West and qutun town in the north. Qujia road runs through the north and south, zaohan road and Bashan line run through the East and West, with convenient transportation.
