Wangyuehu Street

Wangyuehu street belongs to Yuelu District, Changsha City, Hunan Province. The office is adjacent to Xiangjiang River, Orange Island in the East, Yuelu Mountain in the north, University Town in the south, Yuelu Academy in the near. Wuyi Avenue, Xiaoxiang Avenue, yinpen South Road, Fenglin Road and Lushan road gather here. Fuwan Town station is set up on Metro Line 2, and wangyuehu station is set up on Metro Line 4. It is a "four vertical and six horizontal" city connecting Yuelu new town The traffic hub of the main road.

Wangyuehu Street governs Hudong, Huzhong, Fuwan Town, yaoposhan, Ronglong, Yuelong, Ronghua, Xiangling and Zhongnan communities (among which Zhongnan and Xiangling communities are in Wangcheng District), with a total population of 35043 people (in 2010). The origin of the name

Wangyue lake is located in the west of Changsha River, next to Fuwan town. North to longwanggang, South to Baishaye street, east to Xiaoxiang Avenue, West to Lushan International Experimental School. There was a lake here, but now there is no lake. Built in the early 1980s, wangyuehu community was one of the four large-scale communities in Changsha (the other three are Hongqi District, Guoqing new village and Chaoyang new Village). It was awarded the provincial civilized community in 1993 and was designated as the national civilized community demonstration site by the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee in 1997.

Evolution of organizational system

In 1949, it belonged to Yuewen township. In 1956, it set up Fuwan road street. In 1988, it changed its name to wangyuehu street.

Huzhong community

Established in 1988, the neighborhood committee is located in the center of wangyuehu street. The district starts from Yuegong street in the East, Yuehua street in the west, dujiatang road in the South and wangyuehu road in the north. The surrounding communities face each other. The district covers an area of 0.125 square kilometers. There are seven units in the community, including the municipal College of education, the District Maternal and child health hospital, the community health service center (i.e. the Central Hospital), wangyuehu No.2 primary school (the "two type" school), wangyuehu central kindergarten, Jiufa supermarket and farmers' market. Yuelong community

It is located at the foot of the beautiful Yuelu Mountain and the west side of wangyuehu civilization community. The community covers an area of 0.31 square kilometers, with 68 residential buildings, 1582 permanent residents and a total population of 5497. The community infrastructure construction is relatively perfect. It is the pilot unit of the anti pornography and anti illegal community project in the whole province. It is adjacent to yinpen South Road in the East and Yuegong street in the west, with a total area of 0.2 square kilometers. It has 54 residential buildings, 145 units, 3089 permanent residents and a total population of 6079. There are 295 stores, 14 drug addicts, 17 workers, 123 low-income families, 315 marginal families, more than 800 rental houses and more than 2200 floating population. At present, the community party branch has 136 directly managed party members and 5 branch members; the community neighborhood committee has 12 staff members, including 3 undergraduates, 3 junior college students, 6 senior high school students and 8 Party members. Ronglong community

The neighborhood committee is located under the beautiful longwanggang levee, covering an area of 80000 square meters (0.14 square kilometers) and 36 residential buildings, with a permanent population of 5218 and 2048 households. Fuwan Town Community

In October 2003, it was formed by the merger of the former hongnishan neighborhood committee and fuwanqiao neighborhood committee, covering an area of 0.42 square kilometers. The community is located at the junction of the city and the suburbs, and is crisscrossed with Xihu Street area. The terrain is complex. It starts from Lushan Caiyuan Antique City and yinpen South Road Landscape street in the East, ends at Binhu road in the west, adjacent to the beautiful Yuelu Mountain and Xiangjiang River in the south, and ends at wangyuehu No.2 primary school, Changsha Institute of education and Yuelu present school in the north Daicheng. There are 540 square meters of office buildings in the community, which have implemented computer management for ordinary residents and floating population. There are 52 residential buildings and nearly 60 private houses in the community, which are divided into six grids, including 1705 residents, 4355 permanent residents and 1616 floating population.

Ronghua community

It is located in the southeast of Fuwan Town, adjacent to Xiangjiang River in the East, Juzizhou bridge in the south, and the intersection of Xiaoxiang Avenue and yinpen South Road, covering an area of 0.52 square kilometers. At present, there are 840 households with 2306 permanent residents, 940 floating population, 8 enterprises and institutions under the jurisdiction, and more than 300 individual businesses. Except that Fuwan road and bailuoqiu have been expropriated and reconstructed, Jiangan Jingyuan residential area, dormitory area of municipal traffic police detachment, aircraft carrier residential area, Lushan Caiyuan residential area and new Bund commercial property area under its jurisdiction have formed a beautiful landscape of Fuwan Town, yinpen South Road and Xiaoxiang Avenue along the river.

Xiangling community

Founded on April 16, 2001, it is a member of AVIC aircraft landing gear Co., Ltd. Located at 128 Baoliang West Road, Wangcheng District, the community covers an area of 107000 square meters, with 18 residential buildings, 585 households and 2049 people. There are 5 members of the community neighborhood committee. The community has set up four retired branches (one retired branch and three retired branches).
