Production steps:
Step 1: shred pork and cucumber separately, cut onion, ginger and garlic.
Step 2: dry the skin, soak it in warm water, drain it, add proper amount of vegetable oil and mix well.
Step 3: heat the oil in the pan, add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant
Step 4: saute until fragrant, add the marinated shredded meat and stir fry evenly.
Step 5: add shredded cucumber and stir fry after the color changes.
