Step 3: heat the oil to 80% in a frying pan, add pepper noodles, green onions, ginger and carrots, stir for a while, add tofu, stir until the surface of tofu is scorched, add a little soy sauce and salt, and finally add green pepper, monosodium glutamate and garlic, stir well and put on a plate.
