Qiaoguo: Qiaoxin on July 7
Introduction:
"The day after tomorrow is the Chinese Valentine's day. We all eat small fruits (Qiaoguo) on the Chinese Valentine's day. I remember when I was a child, the small fruits made by my grandmother were delicious and good-looking. There were also twelve zodiac animals in the mold. Unfortunately, there were not so many materials at home. Some of them liked to be crispy, so I made a very small fruit, which was the size of soybeans. Hee hee."
Production steps:
Step 1: a little flour, more oil and sugar, with two or three eggs, the flour is yellow, the color is very beautiful.
Step 2: roll the dough into 0.5cm pieces, and then cut it into small pieces. The shape and size of the small fruit are completely according to my personal preference. I like the smaller one, and if there are children, I can use the mold to press the shape I like
Step 3: put the cut fruit into the pot, or put it in the microwave oven
Step 4: it doesn't matter if you don't separate the small fruits in the early stage, because you use a lot of oil, so you can separate them as soon as you heat them up. It's good to fry until every noodle changes color
Step 5: change color completely
Materials required:
Flour: right amount
Eggs: 3
Oil: a little more
Sugar: a little more
Note: 1. The amount of sugar according to personal taste, but it is recommended to put more oil. 2. Small fruits are easy to get damp, so it's better to store them in a sealed way when they are cool. 3. Small fruits all over the country are different. This is our small fruit from Jiaodong. Of course, what I do is a simplified version
Production difficulty: simple
