Jujube cake (frozen dough)

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: move the frozen dough from the freezer to the freezer overnight

Step 2: place the thawed dough at room temperature for 15-30 minutes

Dry yeast: 5g

Red dates: moderate

Note: if there is no frozen dough, you can make it according to the formula and the dough. After the dough is warmed up, the other steps are exactly the same. If the steamed bread is big enough, you can also insert the whole jujube. Turn off the heat and keep simmering for 3-5 minutes before uncovering to avoid wrinkles
