Production steps:
Step 1: raw materials
Step 2: cut the onion into small pieces and stir fry in lard over low heat. Turn off the heat, add soy sauce and salt, chicken essence.
Step 3: after the noodles are cooked, pour them into the drain basket. Drain the water.
Step 4: pour into the sauce and mix well.
Step 5: sprinkle in the shallot pastry and mix well.
Materials required:
Noodles: 900g
Onion: one
Lard: 3 tbsp
Soy sauce: 3 tbsp
Salt: a little
Chicken essence: appropriate amount
Note: don't flush cold water after the noodles are cooked. To drain the water, pour in the sauce while it's hot and mix well. Hot noodles will absorb the sauce. The shallot pastry should be sprinkled last, or it will be soft. If you can't buy shallot pastry, don't add it. Fried onion with lard is good enough.
