Production steps:
Step 1: cut tofu into small pieces.
Step 2: cut the pork into small pieces.
Step 3: wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
Step 4: heat the oil in the pan, add the onion and ginger into the pan.
Step 5: add the meat.
Step 6: stir fry until the pork changes color.
Step 7: put in the tofu.
Step 8: add tomato, onion and ginger powder, salt and five spice powder.

Scallion: 10g
Ginger: 5g
Salt: 5g
Five spice powder: 2G
Peanut oil: 30ml
Note: because tofu contains more purines, tofu should be avoided for gout patients with abnormal purine metabolism and patients with increased blood uric acid concentration; those with spleen and stomach deficiency cold and frequent diarrhea and loose stools should be avoided.
