Materials required:

Egg yolk: 2

Cream: 250ml

Milk: 200ml

Fine granulated sugar: 90g

Matcha powder: 15g

Note: 1. Don't boil the egg and milk when it is heated. Leave the heat immediately. 2. Stir the Matcha powder evenly with some hot water, but do not pour the Matcha powder directly into the liquid, so it is not easy to disperse. 3. Light cream, 6 or 7. 4.
