Introduction:

But I haven't eaten pork, haven't I seen a pig run? I've studied it myself, but I can only say it's a Shanzhai version, but it's really spicy chicken shreds
Production steps:
Step 1: slice the chicken breast into several large pieces, bring to a boil in water, and cook the chicken thoroughly in the water (cook it in high heat for about three minutes, insert it with chopsticks, and it will be cooked without blood). Take it out and let it cool.
Step 2: while cooking the chicken, prepare the side dishes, wash the coriander and cut into sections. Shred the onion. Chop the green onion.
Step 3: prepare the pepper and pepper, cut the dried pepper into pieces. Heat the pan, two spoonfuls of oil, add pepper and chopped pepper, stir fry over low heat to make it fragrant. (if you have a ready-made spicy oil, you can omit this step. It's simpler.)
Step 4: filter the peppers and chopped peppers with a leaky net, and then set aside the spicy oil.
Step 5: mash the chicken breast with a rolling pin and tear it into strips. Mix all the coriander, onion and other side dishes, as well as soy sauce, spicy oil and a little sugar, and finally sprinkle with sesame

Dry red pepper: 5, 6
Soy sauce: 2 teaspoons
Vegetable oil: 2 teaspoons
Sugar: half a teaspoon
Note: coriander and onion can be used according to personal preference. I prefer these two kinds of side dishes, because onion can lose weight. If you like sesame oil, you can add more sesame oil. In a word, the ingredients of each dish can be increased and decreased according to their own preference. The dosage here is for reference only.
