Introduction:

"This is another way to solve the problem of hoarding I've been clearing up the stock these days. The last time I made zucchini potstickers, I bought more minced meat stuffing, but there was still a little bit left. It was not worth mixing with noodles. There was no match for stir fried vegetables. There were also fans hoarding, so there was this leftover dumpling stuffing version of "ants on the tree."

Production steps:

Step 1: soak sweet potato vermicelli in cold water in advance and drain.

Step 2: soak mushrooms, dice, chop onion, dice pepper.

Step 3: thaw the leftover dumpling stuffing (or ground meat stuffing)

Step 4: heat the olive oil in the pan, add 2 tbsp bean paste, and stir fry the red oil

Step 5: add minced pork, fry to change color, add 1 bottle of cooking wine.

Step 6: add chopped garlic, shredded shallot, onion and diced mushroom, stir fry for a while.

Step 7: add a little water (just to the edge of the ingredients, don't use it)

Step 8: add dried vermicelli

Step 9: gently stir with a spatula, press the vermicelli and let it soak in the soup (do not stir fry)

Step 10: boil for a while, when the soup is less, add diced pepper, stir fry and collect the juice

Step 11: pour in a little sesame oil

Step 12: mix well.

Materials required:

Sweet potato vermicelli: 70g

Leftover dumpling filling: 80g

Pickled mushrooms: how many

Onion: 1 / 4

Green pepper: right amount

Red pepper: right amount

Bean paste: 2 tablespoons

Chopped garlic: right amount

Shredded scallion: right amount

Cooking wine: 1 bottle cap

Sesame oil: appropriate amount

When adding fans, don't stir fry immediately, let the fans spread on the minced meat and soak the soup with a shovel, so that it won't paste the bottom of the pot. After adding diced pepper and sesame oil, stir well.
