Production steps:
Step 1: cut tofu into pieces of appropriate size. The reference size is 3cm long, 2cm wide and 0.5cm thick.

Step 4: add tofu one by one and fry it in medium heat.

Step 10: pour in the fried bean curd, mix well with tomato juice, simmer for five or six minutes, then out of the pot.
