Production steps:
Step 1: 1. Cut the mutton into 4 cm long, 2.5 cm wide and 0.7 cm thick slices;
Step 2: 2. Cut the tomato; 3. Cut the onion;
Step 3: 4. Mix sliced meat, tomato powder, onion powder, chili powder, pepper powder, ginger rice, refined salt, monosodium glutamate, flour, cumin, egg and sesame well;
Step 4: 5. Take 10 cuttings of mutton kebabs and make them into 10 kebabs; 6. Deep fry the kebabs in hot oil until golden red and put them into the plate.

Chili powder: 10g
Note: This product has frying process, need to prepare about 1000 grams of peanut oil.
