Production steps:
Step 1: prepare a bag of finished kylin tripe
Step 2: soak some of them in salt water for 10 minutes, and then drain the water after washing
Step 3: wash Hangzhou pepper and cut it into slant section
Step 4: cut the scallion and ginger into shreds
Step 5: dry shredded pepper and set aside
Step 6: mix the right amount of salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, black pepper, soy sauce, soy sauce into juice
Step 7: heat the oil in the bottom pan, fry the pepper out of the flavor, and do not take it out

Note: 1: soak Kirin tripe in water before stir frying, wash and stir fry again. 2: Hangzhou pepper should not be fried too rotten
