Founded in June 2003, Xinjian community is located in the center of the county. It extends to Zhongshi road in the East, warehouse road in the west, Xiangyang Avenue in the South and xiangkan River in the north. It covers an area of 2.8 square kilometers and is divided into four districts. There are 156 residential buildings and 7 old residential areas, with a population of more than 18894, including 12894 permanent residents and 6000 floating population.
