Dry fried noodles

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare the raw hand roll

Oyster sauce: right amount

Chicken powder: right amount

Salt: right amount

Sugar: right amount

Oil: more

Note: if you want to have chewy noodles, don't cook it too long, just cooked. The taste of sugar and salt should be adjusted according to personal preference. If you like sweet, you can add more sugar and if you like salty, you can add more salt. If you want a deeper color, you can add more old style.
