Production steps:
Step 1: cut the tofu into pieces and blanch it in water for about 2 minutes. Remove the dried tofu and set aside.
Step 2: starch, flour and water into a paste (not too sticky) put tofu into the paste.
Step 3: add the oil into the frying pan. When the oil temperature is about 60%, add the tofu and deep fry it into golden color. Take out the oil and put it on the plate.
Step 4: leave some oil in the pan, add tomato sauce, white vinegar, sugar, and boil with water.
Step 5: put carrot, corn, green beans, raisins into thick, pour on tofu.

Starch: right amount
Note: put more oil in the pot, or the frying will not be uniform.
