Materials required:
High gluten flour: About 600g
Yeast powder: 3 G
Sugar: right amount
Gardenia: 10g
Salad oil: right amount
Note: 1. Whether the steamed bread is smooth or not depends on the dough. Knead it to three lights (basin light, hand light, face light), wake up for 5 minutes, then knead it open, repeat 2-3 times, and then ferment it again. In this way, the dough will be smoother. 2. Add a little salad oil to make steamed bread more glossy. 3. The time of steaming steamed bread depends on the size of slow steamed bread. If the steamed bread is bigger, the steaming time will be longer. If the steamed bread is smaller, the steaming time will be reduced relatively.
