Cranberry yogurt
Introduction:
"Recently, I especially like to make Cranberry yoghurt. I sprinkle a layer of cranberry on the bottom of each bottle, and then pour milk mixed with mushroom powder. It's no different from the fermentation of original yoghurt, but it tastes very delicious. I can eat Cranberry with full grains, sour and sweet in every mouthful. No need to put sugar or honey, the sweetness is just right! I make 2 boxes of milk each time, just like this 4 bottles. If I use all the pudding bottles, it's 5 small bottles. (because I can't put 5 pudding bottles in this yogurt machine, I have to use the bread machine to ferment all the pudding bottles.) Eat a large glass or two small bottles every day. (but sometimes when I'm away from home, I only eat one bottle. My husband only eats it occasionally, so I eat it all.) Make it after eating. It's fresh. Two boxes of milk, with half a bag of mushroom powder, that is 0.5g, the remaining half of the bag to fold the opening, wrapped in two layers of plastic wrap, continue to refrigerate, the next time still use
Production steps:
Step 1: blanch the yogurt bottle and stirring spoon with boiling water, control the water and set aside.
Step 2: pour the mushroom powder into one of the cups.
Step 3: pour in the right amount of milk.
Step 4: stir well with a spoon.
Step 5: take the right amount of cranberry particles and lay a layer on the bottom of each cup. (for the last cup with milk, just put cranberries in it. There's no need to sprinkle it on the bottom of the cup. It will sink by itself.)
Step 6: pour the milk mixture into each cup.
Step 7: then fill with pure milk separately.
Step 8: cover and ferment for 8-10 hours.
Step 9: after fermentation, take it out and refrigerate it for several hours for better flavor.

Yogurt powder: 0.5g
