Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: soak black fungus with water
Step 2: rising Auricularia auricula
Step 3: wash with clean water

Note: the fungus is easy to store sediment impurities, not easy to clean. After rubbing with proper amount of starch, rinse with water again and again. If you like to eat crisp edible fungus, just blanch it in boiling water.
