Step 1: prepare to cut a piece of pork.
Step 2: Chop ginger into small pieces, the more broken the better.
Step 3: cut the ginger paste.
Step 4: mince the meat, mix the mashed ginger, and then chop until well mixed.
Step 5: put the mashed meat into the bowl and add an egg.
Step 6: pour in the chopped green onion powder and the right amount of salt, mix well, put it in the refrigerator and freeze for about 15 minutes.
Step 7: put a little stuffing in the middle of the skin and fold it up towards your side.
Step 8: fold the upward skin down to form a pillow.
Step 9: put two thumbs under the skin (two thumbs are close together), fold other fingers down along the thumb to form a trapezoid, and then seal.
Step 10: finished product drawing. Put water in the pot and bring to a boil. Add the wonton stew, salt, and favorite vegetables. Cook until the skin becomes transparent. Cook for another 3 minutes to get out of the pot.
