Introduction:
"Last year, there was still a little red wine left in the wine pot of self brewed red grapes. Thinking about cleaning it up for wine brewing in Mid Autumn Festival this year, I thought about how to drink this red wine. Because it has been put for a long time, it has a strong taste and is easy to get drunk. This is not just yam, so I created this red wine sago yam, which has a good effect. Red wine can beautify and nourish your face. Drinking red wine with a small amount of alcohol before going to bed can help you sleep. It can also slowly raise the body temperature, so that the night with slow metabolism can also participate in the combustion and metabolism of fat, so as to achieve the purpose of slimming
Production steps:
Step 1: raw material drawing
Step 2: cut the yam into 6cm long "day" note after peeling, and soak it in salt and vinegar water
Step 3: put in boiling water, add sugar and white vinegar to blanch until it is broken
Step 4: take out the yam and reserve it
Step 5: put the water in the boiler to boil, pour the sago (without soaking in water) into the boiler, and stir while boiling
Step 6: when there is a little white core left in the sago, stop the fire, cover the pan and simmer until the sago is completely transparent.
Step 7: prepare a basin of water, put a sieve on it, and pour the sago out of the water. The sago will be smooth only if it needs to be washed several times
Step 8: simmer well watered (not yet fully stewed) and set aside
Step 9: pour the red wine into the milk pan and simmer for 5 minutes
Step 10: then add the prepared yam
Step 11: add another spoonful of honey (use sugar instead) and mix well.
Step 12: pour the sago into the pan and stir
Step 13: because the simmer is not fully stewed, cover the pot and continue to stew until it is completely transparent
Step 14: red wine, sago and yam are ready. Serve in a bowl

Homemade red wine: one glass (about 150ml)
Simmy: half a cup
Honey: one teaspoon
Note: 1, because the red wine is not sweet, in order to taste, you can add some honey or sugar, but as little as possible. 2. Cooked red wine, wine will become lighter, with yam and sago, Q feeling smooth, mellow fragrance. 3. Although the taste may be better after freezing, I suggest eating it warm, which is good for your health.
